The Brix Super Group (trading as HotLister) membership provides subscribers with access to property opportunities and general property information sourced through a network of real estate agents, developers and industry contacts across Australia.
Subscribers receive regular updates containing unique property opportunities that may include investment properties, development opportunities, unique listings and other property options sourced from third parties.
This membership service is designed to provide unique property opportunity introductions and access to potential property options so that subscribers can independently review and decide whether they wish to pursue a property directly with the relevant selling agent or property representative.
In most cases, property opportunities shared through the membership are sourced from third-party real estate agents, developers or industry contacts.
On some occasions, a property opportunity presented through the membership platform may be a property for which HotLister (Brix Super Group Pty Ltd), or a related entity, acts as the selling agent representing the property owner. Where this occurs, this will be clearly disclosed within the property details.
Membership is charged at $14 per week and is billed automatically on a recurring weekly basis through the payment method provided at the time of sign up.
Your membership will remain active until cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.
All new memberships are subject to a minimum membership period of four (4) weeks from the date of sign up.
This minimum period helps maintain the sustainability of the service and protects the proprietary property opportunities and information made available to members.
If a member chooses to cancel their membership within the first four (4) weeks, the remaining balance of the minimum membership term may still be charged.
Members may cancel their subscription at any time after the initial four (4) week minimum membership period.
Cancellation will stop future billing cycles. Any payments already processed are non-refundable.

HotLister (Brix Super Group Pty Ltd) Subscription Membership provides a property opportunity membership service only.
The purpose of the service is to provide subscribers with access to property opportunities and general information so that they may independently review potential options available in the market.
Under this membership service, HotLister (Brix Super Group Pty Ltd) does not act as a buyers agent for subscribers and does not provide buyers agency services including but not limited to:
Subscribers remain solely responsible for conducting their own investigations and making their own decisions in relation to any property opportunity presented.
Subscribers are strongly encouraged to obtain independent financial, legal and tax advice before entering into any property transaction.
HotLister (Brix Super Group Pty Ltd) does not guarantee the performance, suitability or investment outcome of any property opportunity shared with members.
Property opportunities shared through the membership are provided for informational and introduction purposes only.
The service is intended to introduce subscribers to potential unique property opportunities that may be available through third-party real estate agents, developers or property professionals.
Where property opportunities are sourced from third-party agents or vendors, HotLister (Brix Super Group Pty Ltd) does not act as the selling agent and does not advertise or market property on behalf of those property owners.
Subscribers who wish to pursue any opportunity must deal directly with the relevant selling agent or property representative.
In some circumstances, HotLister (Brix Super Group Pty Ltd) or a related entity may act as the listing agent for a property presented through the membership platform.
Where this occurs, it will be clearly disclosed within the property details that HotLister (Brix Super Group Pty Ltd) is acting as the selling agent representing the vendor.

If a subscriber wishes to pursue any property opportunity presented through the membership, they must deal directly with the relevant selling agent, developer or property representative.
HotLister (Brix Super Group Pty Ltd) does not participate in negotiations, contract discussions, purchase arrangements or settlement processes between subscribers and property sellers unless the company is acting as the disclosed listing agent for that specific property.
Any transaction entered into by a subscriber is strictly between the subscriber and the relevant selling agent, vendor or property representative.
Property information provided through the membership is often sourced from third-party real estate agents, developers or industry contacts.
While reasonable care may be taken when sharing this information, HotLister (Brix Super Group Pty Ltd) does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or currency of the information provided.
Property details, pricing, availability and other information may change at any time without notice.
HotLister (Brix Super Group Pty Ltd) accepts no liability for any reliance placed on information provided through the subscription membership service.
Property opportunities provided to members are subject to availability and may be withdrawn, altered or sold at any time without notice.
HotLister (Brix Super Group Pty Ltd) does not guarantee the availability of any property opportunity shared with members.
The company is not responsible for any changes made by the selling agent, developer or property owner.
All property opportunities, information, summaries and materials provided through the membership service are intended for the personal use of the subscriber only.
Members must not copy, distribute, reproduce, share, publish or provide access to membership content to any third party without prior written consent from HotLister (Brix Super Group Pty Ltd).
Unauthorised sharing or distribution of membership content may result in termination of membership without refund.
Property opportunities, deal summaries, property details, research notes, pricing information and any related materials provided through the membership platform are confidential and intended solely for the personal use of the subscriber.
Subscribers must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, share or disclose any property opportunity or related information provided through the membership to any third party without prior written consent from HotLister (Brix Super Group Pty Ltd).
This includes, but is not limited to:
Subscribers acknowledge that the property opportunities shared through the membership may be sourced through confidential industry relationships and agent networks, and unauthorised distribution may damage those relationships.
HotLister (Brix Super Group Pty Ltd) reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership immediately without refund if a subscriber is found to have shared or distributed confidential membership content without permission.
Subscribers acknowledge that property opportunities and industry contacts introduced through the membership platform may arise from the proprietary relationships, networks and business activities of HotLister (Brix Super Group Pty Ltd).
Subscribers agree that they will not intentionally circumvent, bypass or undermine the role of HotLister (Brix Super Group Pty Ltd) by using information obtained through the membership platform to directly approach property owners, developers, agents or other industry contacts introduced through the platform for the purpose of avoiding the involvement of Brix Super Group Pty Ltd in circumstances where the company has a disclosed role in the transaction.
Where HotLister (Brix Super Group Pty Ltd) is acting as the listing agent or representative of the vendor, subscribers acknowledge that any offers, negotiations or transactions relating to that property must occur through the appropriate sales process in accordance with the relevant agency arrangements.
Nothing in this clause restricts a subscriber from independently pursuing property opportunities introduced through the platform where HotLister (Brix Super Group Pty Ltd) has no agency role or involvement in the transaction.
HotLister (Brix Super Group Pty Ltd) reserves the right to update or modify membership features, pricing, or terms from time to time.
Where significant changes occur, members will be notified where reasonably practicable.
