A Letter From Our Co-Founder

After more than a decade working across the Australian property industry, one thing has become abundantly clear to me.

The system isn't built for everyday Australians.

Over the past 14 years I've worked in financial advice, mortgage broking, helped first home buyers get into the market and guided investors to build portfolio's using multiple property strategies across Australia. Through that experience I've been fortunate to work alongside some of the biggest names in the industry and helped hundreds of families invest in bricks & mortar.

But behind the scenes, I kept seeing the same two problems again and again.

The first is access.

Some of the best property opportunities are incredibly difficult to source. For the average Australian, finding truly great property opportunities can take months of searching, countless inspections, and often significant fees paid to professionals — with no guarantee of success.

The second problem is knowledge.

Most Australians have never been taught the actual fundamentals of property investing. They're left to rely on headlines, social media opinions, or advice from people who may not truly understand the mechanics of a strong investment property. Yet these fundamentals can make the difference between an average purchase and a life-changing one.
